I was so fed up with all the spiritual nonsense that's in this book (how many times can you describe a scent as Sensual?) that I first took as the author's passion but then grew very tired of quickly. * lots of spiritual, cult-adjacent, mumbo-jumbo nonsense that's neither here nor there. However, the book is so filled to the brim with two things: ![]() To be fair, the historical aspects are helpful, so I'll exclude that. The rest of the book is useless, dare I say, nonesense. The only usable chapters are 3-6 and the appendix. So I thought it's perfect for me! I hurriedly bought it and read it. This book (Essence & Alchemy) is highly recommended to beginners. I haven't found many results about this so I thought I'd create this post. Hi all, long time lurker, first time poster. ![]()
